In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Wagering Requirements

Closure by You

Closure by 75bd2

75bd2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.

• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked dormant; accounts dormant for 24 consecutive months may be closed at 75bd2's discretion.
• Any other behaviour that 75bd2 determines, in its reasonable judgement, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by 75bd2 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 75bd2 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is ultimately confirmed, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

75bd2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will always endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.
